happy holloween

Not much planned for this Halloween night, except maybe opening a bottle of wine and reading some magazines.  It has been raining and gloomy for days and I could not thinking of anything worse than being outside, much less opening the door...sorry kids.  I did however get pressured into buying some candy. While I may be promoting an unhealthy intake of sugar, the kids who are willing to be outside under such terrible conditions, certainly deserve a treat.

Have a great night everyone, I'll try to go easy on the wine, speaking of sugar intake!

the 'before'

In the spirit of home renovations, I decided to take advantage of my husband being out of town again and orchestrated a 'take over' of sorts!  Here are a few quick shots of my former closet.  It was getting a bit cramped and I was desperately in need of a work space. I figured what better way to find inspiration than to put a desk right in the closet.        

I am just about finished with the new space and can't wait to show you around my new dressing/working space. Stay tuned!
